I'm changing my life.
I'm writing my goals down. I read once that if you get your goals written down on paper, they get out of your head and it frees up space for ideas that enable your goals to come true. I like that.
I'm going to invest in a journal and write about my day, every night. Even a few sentences each day will help clear my mind.
I'm thinking of it as a new form of meditation.
Try it with me and see if your goals start coming true too.... I'll post about my first goal when it gets obtained!
That's one of the things I decided to do this year too. I've had a list of goals in my head for years and wrote them down in my journal. My main goal of becoming an author by the age of 30 is SO close. I Call Him By Name: Love Notes for Moms will be released in April!
ReplyDeletethat is such exciting news! What an inspiration to write! :)
ReplyDeleteThat is a fabulous idea. I heard that too - if you write it down, it will inspire you to acheive your goal no matter how big or small. Good luck! :)
ReplyDeleteI think that sounds awesome. Its good to make goals for yourself too. I spend a majority of my time dedicated to my kids and husband, but i take a little time everyday to train for my 10k and I love an occasional Moms Night Out!
