Well I think I found a solution.
Instead of enjoying that glass of wine at dinner, try a cup of hot chamomile tea instead.
It is supposed to help you sleep (naturally) at night. And I think it works. I tried it the other night and slept like a baby. I'm trying it again tonight.
If you don't like it by itself, there are so many varieties that include yummy accent flavors such as honey and vanilla.
Try it tonight and get some sleep. Just remember to make sure it's decaf. Cheers.
